Sara Parker Enlow
Sara Parker Enlow is a Principal with Vantage Partners, where she is a senior leader of the Sales Effectiveness Practice Area. At Vantage, Sara focuses on helping buyers and providers of ITO and BPO services more effectively manage their relationships. Recently, Sara co-authored a study entitled Managing Outsourcing Relationships: Essential Practices for Buyers and Providers, and she has written and published several other articles and whitepapers on the topics of outsourcing, negotiation, and relationship management. She has been a speaker at the Outsourcing Institute’s Roadshow conference, and spoke at the 2008 Outsourcing World Summit.
Prior to joining Vantage, Sara was a consultant with Accenture. There, she helped her clients to prepare for major systems implementations by improving business processes, modifying organizational roles, and designing and delivering customized training programs. Sara received her B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Business Administration summa cum laude from Bryant University. She lives and works in Chicago, Illinois, where she is the mother of a baby boy.
