Talent Development Coordinator

The Talent Development Coordinator will serve as a critical implementation lynchpin, working closely with the Director of Talent Management and Talent Development Manager, as well as partnering cross-functionally with departments across the firm, to advance talent and human resources initiatives. This individual will be integrally involved in creating reports to facilitate management of workflow, allocations, and utilization, as well as managing complicated scheduling logistics as needed to support performance evaluations, training, and recruiting activities. This role is temp-to-perm, 20 hours per week with a possibility to flex up as conditions permit.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Time sheet process management, serving as a resource to consulting staff for time keeping applications and software
  • Data entry for new projects in the system for time entries
  • Approve weekly timesheet submissions, checking for entry errors
  • Partner with Systems Administrator to maintain data hygiene in project management software
  • Generate weekly utilization, allocation, and other data reports for variety of internal and client teams
  • Assist in the administration of the biannual performance review process
  • Support logistics for internal training programs
  • Manage firm intranet (familiarity with MyHub a plus)
  • Maintain video recordings and training material library
  • Assist in ad hoc requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years managing logistics and providing administrative support in a learning & development or human resources context
  • B.S. or B.A. required
  • Familiarity with Upland, Concur, Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite, Qualtrics, and MyHub a plus
  • Note: This role is currently remote due to Covid
  • Must possess eligibility to work in the United States without restriction
