Training: Project Specialist
The Project Specialist position is an entry-level position within Vantage Partners’ Training Services geared towards organized, curious, and analytical individuals with relevant work or internships experience and a demonstrated interest in business and corporate learning and development. They are both planners and doers; they are expected to be able to drive both internal and client-facing projects by managing up, anticipating challenges, and moving projects and tasks forward.
Internally, Project Specialists provide support to different areas of the Training Services team by drafting business development collateral, conducting research, and providing support in writing efforts (e.g., case studies, research articles, client success stories). Over time, Project Specialists take on a greater role in creating and customizing client-facing training presentations and materials with the guidance and support of content consultants (Consultants and Senior Consultants).
Project Specialists move into the role of Consultant as they demonstrate success and are able to take on greater responsibility.
