What We Do

Vantage Partners’ approach begins with alignment across leadership teams on deal value drivers and integration objectives, and continues with defining future state operating models, ways of working, and desired culture. 

Stakeholder Alignment

Across executive leadership teams, and with key leads at the functional level, Vantage Integration Management (IM) services focuses on building alignment on the deal thesis and desired synergies, and the integration objectives that will enable those synergies, to enable integration and execution plans that drive value.

Operating Model Refinement

Acquisitions create an opportunity, and often a need, for operating model transformation. Vantage Partners works with executive teams to confirm alignment on the “why” of acquisitions (aligning deal thesis to vision and strategy), confirm “what” the organization needs to look like in order to realize that why (confirming enterprise capabilities and structures are set up to enable integration objectives), and redefine “how” we work to enable execution (considering our people, processes, and tools).

Cultural Harmonization

Whether one organization is onboarding new team members to their organizational culture or a newly-defined (and often combined) culture is being created, organizational culture determines how work actually gets done. Vantage Partners works with integration management teams to execute culture diagnostics between two joining organizations and collaborates with leadership to define and execute cultural harmonization strategies aimed at strategy execution and deal-value realization. 

Change Management 

M&A activity can create enormous tension, and productivity-loss within organizations. Vantage’s Integration Management team partners with executive leadership to engage impacted colleagues, and support them through the all aspects of the transition period.
